My daughter's car was broken into and the passenger-side window was completely shattered. I called Auto Glass the very next morning, and Paula went above and beyond to help us. She was able to adjust the schedule and squeeze us in the same day, which was such a relief during a very stressful situation.

What truly stood out was Paula's kindness and compassion. She genuinely cared, offered sincere empathy, and even said, "I'm so sorry you're going through this." That meant more than she probably knows. She made us feel heard and understood, not just like another appointment on the calendar.

Auto Glass was super efficient. Dan showed up on time, worked fast and efficiently in the rain! Got my windshield replaced in an hour and then instructed me on how to maintain the seal. He was so friendly too! Not to mention, the total cost was $200 less than Safelite! Plus they came to my house and I didn't have to drive all the way out to the boonies.
